Supplement to the Terms and Conditions of M life Rewards

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As a supplement to the Terms and Conditions of M life Rewards, the provisions of this supplement shall only apply to the tier of [Premium Member]. In case of any discrepancy between the supplement and the Terms and Conditions of M life Rewards posted on the company's website, the supplement shall prevail.

[Premium Member] enjoys the same rights and interests as [Platinum Member]. For applicable conditions and details on the above rights and benefits, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of M life Rewards posted on the website of Diaoyutai MGM.

 

2. Member registration

2.1 The branded residences owner (hereinafter referred to as “owner”) has the right to submit an application form to Diaoyutai MGM to apply for membership. By such submission of the application form, the owner shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of M life Rewards and the provisions of this supplement.

2.2 Eligible member must be the owner or a family member designated by the owner.

2.3 For each residence, Diaoyutai MGM reserves the right to offer membership to only two persons.

2.4 Diaoyutai MGM has the right to vet the information in the application form and approve or reject the application of the owner. After approving the application, Diaoyutai MGM will set up a member account for the applicant to complete the membership registration.

2.5 Except conditions as provided for in Section 3.2 of this supplement, the owner shall not change the designated person after the member account has been established.

2.6 Diaoyutai MGM reserves the right to refuse to issue new membership to the residence due to the spontaneous cancellation of member account.

 

3. Membership tier assessment

3.1 Validity period of membership: from the date of establishment of the member account to the expiration of the term specified in the application form.

3.2 During the validity period of membership, the membership tier will not be adjusted unless:

         If the owner of the residence sells the property, the membership tier associated with the residence will be adjusted to other tier as of the notification date, and the points accumulated in the member's account will be transferred accordingly. The new membership tier will be assessed in accordance with Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions of M life Rewards posted on the company's website.

         In the event of a member's death, membership will be terminated, and all unused benefits, points and privileges will be cancelled. Owner has the right to re-designate family members. The validity period of new membership remains unchanged from that of cancelled membership.

3.3 Upon expiration of the validity period, membership tier will be changed, and the accumulated points will be transferred accordingly. The new membership tier will be assessed in accordance with Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions of M life Rewards posted on the company's website.

3.4 If the owner or his/her designee has become a member of other tiers before obtaining the Premium Membership, he/she may obtain the Premium Membership by submitting a paper application form. Points accumulated in member accounts will be transferred accordingly.

 

A Premium Member shall fully understand and agree to accept the Terms and Conditions. If a member does not agree to accept the Terms and Conditions or any section or part of them, he/she may immediately stop applying for membership or call the Service and Reservation Center at 400 903 0228 or send email to mlife@dytmgm.com to apply for cancellation of his/her member account.

 

This supplement takes effect as of the date of publication. Diaoyutai MGM refers to Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality, LTD.
