WHO WE ARE

      Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality was established in 2007 as the joint venture of Diaoyutai State Guesthouse and MGM Resorts
International. Leveraging the combined strength of the parent company brands, this high-end hotel management
platform is focused on developing luxury hotels and resorts, residences, retail facilities and entertainment complexes, 
bringing a shared ethos of hospitality from China to the worldwide stage.

Diaoyutai State Guesthouse

Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, located in the ancient Beijing Diaoyutai royal retreat built more than 800 years ago, is an important venue for Chinese leaders to engage in foreign affairs and state activities. It has hosted more than 1,400 heads of state and government leaders worldwide since its debut in 1959. Over 60 years endeavor, it has forged the distinctive brand essence celebrated for its world renowned state banquets and peerless hospitality amid the charms of its imperial garden and rich historical and cultural heritage.

Co-founded by the important venue for foreign affairs by Chinese national leaders and the internationally-known luxury hospitality investment and management operator, Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality takes combined brand advantages of its parent companies, the cross-functional expertise, international service standard, rich resources and high-quality team to develop and manage the high-end hotel, residence and commercial complex in China and worldwide. The group develops and operates multiple hotel brands. Currently, eight hotels are in operation, located in the core areas of cities including Sanya, Shanghai, Nanjing, Qingdao, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai. In future, the group will continue to open additional hotel projects in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Lingshui, Wuhan, and other cities.
