Tomato Buffalo Cheese Salad is a classic Italian dish where buffalo cheese and tomatoes are paired with basil sauce and balsamic vinegar to form a perfect flavor combination. We have modified the traditional concept by blending the tomatoes into a puree and serving slices of buffalo cheese, with each slice smeared with tomato puree as you eat.
